Sourdough Bread

Order one of our hand made sourdough loaves of bread. These large hearty loaves make for the most fabulous of grilled cheeses, and are made using a slow fermentation process so it's easier for you to digest. These loaves also have far more flavour than your typical commercial yeast breads and has lovely a lovely chewy crust. We make these as they are ordered so typically need a two day lead time. 
 
Please note these are not gluten free or compatible with a celiac diet.

Bread flour
Olive oil
Salt
